The Ten is a racing sailboat with a length of 10 meters and was designed in 2007 by Satellite Yacht Design. Originally, the boat is intended for the Dutch and European market and the boat was built in China. The sailing in China was rising and for such a sporty boat was still no market.

Meanwhile, through the crisis and the difficult market for one-design classes the market in Europe was not big, but in China, the TEN Fleet was growing.

The boat is built in glass / epoxy with a foam core and is relatively light and not to expensive. The rig, with a carbon mast and boom is as light as possible. The relatively light construction and light rigging make the boat easy to plane. By the large cockpit and sporty sailing qualities, the racing is fun for the entire crew.
