The members of the NBJA have made agreements about the way in which they want to exercise their profession. These agreements are laid down in articles of association, regulations and a code of conduct. All members are obliged to comply with these rules and agreements. The Code of Conduct is focused on the main principle that the members must serve the client independently and expertly to the best of their knowledge and ability. In the event of a dispute with one of our members, the NBJA Disputes Committee will, if desired, make a statement about this. To this end, the dispute must be reported to the secretary, to which both parties will be invited to be heard. Further information about this can be obtained from the secretary.
